Letters of
a Woman Homesteader by Elinore Pruitt Stewart. A wonderful gathering
of letters of a widow and mother who traded big city life (Denver,
Colorado) for Burnt Fork, Wyoming. The letters were written to
a friend in Denver. This book really gives you a sense of how
strong pioneer women were.

of which are quite old, for sale. Send her a request and she will
try to fill it. She also has a lot of threads and fibers. From DMC

forget the Caron Collection, Sampler Threads and Krinik! One special
area is that of embroidery.. lots of Aunt Marthas transfers that
you will not find at the big chain stores. Also transfers from several
other designers that will take you back in time to fancy stitched
dish towels and pillow cases.
